Together Credit Union is Hiring a Senior Recruiter Near St. Louis, MO

Job Summary
The senior recruiter is responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers, understanding requirements for open positions and characteristics of the ideal candidate, and assessing the skills and fit of potential candidates. This position will manage a variety of requisitions across the various teams they support through the entire recruiting lifecycle and act as a subject matter expert on best practices related to hiring.
Job Responsibilities
The intent of this job description is to provide a representation of the types of duties and level of responsibilities required of this position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills. Team members may be directed to perform job-related tasks others than those specifically stated in this description.
  • Manages recruiting lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across the organization.
  • Sources, screens, schedules interviews, and manages the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing.
  • Fosters relationships with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Works collaboratively with hiring managers to define requirements and attributes of ideal candidates.
  • Ensures consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to key stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Identifies opportunities and recommends changes to improve the recruiting process.
  • Utilizes various tools to increase candidate flow.
  • Executes against recruiting strategies for high-volume positions that will enable the Credit Union to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Utilizes talent communities, college recruiting, and intern programs to facilitate pipeline growth and acquisition of high-quality talent.
  • Partners with staffing agencies to fill open requisitions.
Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year combined experience at an agency and as a corporate recruiter with a strong track record of success delivering top talent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)
A representation of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to source candidates to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system with a level of detail orientation that maintains strong data integrity and allows for great reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication as well as the ability to work at every level of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience using sourcing tools and job posting sites to attract candidates for open requisitions.
  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and desire to create an extraordinary candidate experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, and managing constantly changing priorities.
