The recruiter is responsible for filling shift vacancies with the most qualified candidates. This involves analyzing target scheduling numbers and adjusting the hiring process based on company needs. The successful recruiter will create awareness for open positions through job boards, social media, and word of mouth. They will manage the applicant pipeline by keeping it organized and up-to-date. The recruiter will also be responsible for conducting effective interviews and selecting the most qualified candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will schedule meetings with applicants already in the hiring process to complete training, onboarding, and address any concerns they may have. The recruiter will act as an escort, guiding trainees into a computer training area. They will also be responsible for producing reports and maintaining regular communication with the management team. They will need to be able to perform efficiently within 60 days.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze target scheduling numbers and adjust the hiring process accordingly
- Create awareness for open positions through job boards, social media, and word of mouth
- Manage the applicant pipeline, ensuring it is organized and up-to-date
- Conduct interviews and select the most qualified candidates
- Schedule meetings with applicants to complete training, onboarding, and address concerns
- Act as an escort, guiding trainees to the computer training area
- Produce reports and communicate daily with the management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Organizational skills to manage the applicant pipeline
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and adjust the hiring process accordingly
- Knowledge of training and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in producing reports and using relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
