Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organize company events and meetings
- Perform recruiting tasks like scheduling interviews and second interviews.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Outlook Calendar, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
