PAY & PERKS

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, complemented by benefits:

This position works a 5-day workweek which includes weekends and evenings.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee our kitchen staff, fostering their development to achieve culinary excellence. Your leadership will be integral to maintaining smooth kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dishes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 years of management experience
• 2 years of experience as an executive chef or 4 years as a sous chef
• Proficiency in all stations and kitchen areas
• Proficiency in traditional and contemporary Italian cooking with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Excellent knife skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Cheerful outlook and ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of events, private parties, and catering
