Our client, a well-established multinational law firm in downtown San Francisco (Mission St.), is looking to fulfill a need for a temp Legal Recruiting Assistant. This assignment reports on a hybrid (as needed) basis, and is expected to last about three months, with the possibility of extension as needed.
Employment Type: Full Time Temporary | M – F | 9am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour
The Legal Recruiting & Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Legal Recruiting & Development Department. Focusing on this firm’s On-Campus Interview and Summer Associate programs.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelors or associates in business related field of study. One to two years of administrative, recruiting, human resources or business development related role. Hands on experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrate use of good judgment and strong interpersonal skills. Clear, effective, and concise communication abilities High-level time management and ability to works efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic office environment. Collaborates harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team, in addition to self-starter mentality when needed. Availability for overtime support as needed in this role.
