Role: Administrative Assistant

Location: Fairfax, VA (in-office)
Hours: 24 (4-day work week!)
Pay: $41,000-$48,000
We are a concierge medical practice located in Fairfax, VA. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, creative, energetic, curious, and born to multitask.
Core Responsibilities:
Help manage administrative tasks for three physicians
Oversee chart documentation
Schedule a variety of patient appointments,
Interact with specialists, pharmacies and treatment facilities
Collaborate with vendors providing IT support, maintenance requests
Monitor office and kitchen supplieS
Manage any facility needs
Submit preauthorization for procedures
Qualifications/Skills:
3-5 years experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position in a healthcare facility
Full comprehension of Microsoft Office with additional experience using EHR platforms
Exemplary planning and time management skills
High level verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of third party payer system
