We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who can provide an outstanding customer service to our clients and patients. Previous experience in office is not required since we will provide training. This will be a great opportunity for recent college graduates looking for a position in medical/dental field. Job description:

1. Answer calls professionally and in a timely manner. Keep records of any messages. Redirect/forward all calls to the appropriate person.

2. Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, scanning documents, creating work tickets, scheduling appointments/maintaining appointment calendar

3. Coordinate/Schedule patient appointments

4. Assist customers with case status updates and assist technicians with case inquiries

5. Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager

6. Maintain an orderly and clean work area, free of food, beverages, and personal items.

7. Ability to speak and understand Korean is a plus but not required
