RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Front Desk Personnel will provide visitors, contractors, guests, and callers with professional, courteous and prompt assistance
• Lobby Personnel will ensure security policies and procedures are strictly enforced.
• Monitor security cameras and keep the global security operation center informed of issues.
• Ensure everyone who enters the premises possesses a company badge (i.e. Employee, Temporary, Vendor, Guest Badge).
• Make sure visitors sign in using the visitor management system and complete the NDA.
• The Front Desk Personnel is responsible for notifying Employees or Contractors that they have guests waiting for them in the lobby.
• Manage facilities tickets as assigned
• Manage commute and parking related questions and concerns
• Assist with mail and other deliveries throughout the day.
• Manage Badging Program and communicate with HQ if any assistance is needed.
• Maintain all key logs and ensure lobby cabinets, doors, and lockbox are secure at the end of the day.
• Conduct Quarterly Access Control Audits
• Assist Facilities with special projects
• Flexibility to work at special events when needed.
• Other Duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

•Customer service and/or office related experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
• Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
• Handle multiple projects at one time.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• At least one year Office Experience
• 1-3 years experience with Google Suite (gmail, calendar, docs, sheets, and slides)
• Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.
• Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
• Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
