The Role

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and information. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries through in-person and telephone communication. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host. Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin features 246 guestrooms, 3,000 sq ft. of dedicated meeting space, along with two exciting F&B concepts including an 8th floor rooftop bar. Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline. The 31st floor is the home of the Artist’s Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace.   • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred
  • Must have availability to work evenings and weekends
