Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking Servers with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. Join us for this incredible opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment where you can make a difference daily!

Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. In absence of our Barista and/or bartender, Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to adhere to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization at your station.

This position requires open availability to work on weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also be required to flex into all outlets of the Food and Beverage division including the hotel’s main restaurant, in room dining, the lobby bar and banquets.

Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline. The 31st floor is the home of the Artist’s Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace. • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• A flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• TABC and Food handler's certifications required
