We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight shift, encompassing both front office responsibilities and night audit duties.

Some responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist guests during the afternoon and overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest registrations efficiently, ensuring accurate and complete information.
• Manage telephone communications by addressing inquiries from in-house and external callers courteously and professionally.
• Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure their satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Perform traditional night audit tasks, including conducting night rolls and reconciling the day's transactions.
• Process payments accurately and securely, adhering to established procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing financial transactions and property occupancy, contributing to the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of room rates, posting charges, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with the relevant departments to rectify any discrepancies or issues identified during the audit process.
• Contribute to the seamless transition between shifts by preparing necessary materials and reports for the day team.
