SUMMARY: The Sales Manager Boxboard is accountable for maximizing all sales and marketing opportunities and generating incremental revenue by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting all prospects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive sales to existing clients and new business development.
2. Service clients to ensure solid relationships leading to long-term partnerships.
3. Identify needs and implement solutions to increase revenue.
4. Escalate issues and concerns to production, design, and other critical functions to improve quality, service and all deliverables.
5. Create synergy between the various groups divisions and other businesses to capitalize on all opportunities for revenue generation.
6. Special projects and assignments as needed for business.
7. Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA.

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or similar field required
• 7 years Sales experience in preferred
• Able to prioritize demands to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Self-motivated and team player
• Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
