Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This position reports to the Sr. Director of People and Culture and is responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the well-being of employees within a unionized setting. This individual will be the primary point of contact regarding employee relations within a unionized setting and providing support and guidance to leadership during investigations.
