ROLE - Administrative Assistant

JOB TYPE- Temp, Temp-Hire

LOCATION- DTLA (on-site/parking included)

HOURS - 8:00am-5:00pm PT

PAY RATE- $30.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with sales, clients, installation team, etc.
• Utilize other available information to understand the installation requirements of each location
• Coordinate the provision of Scope of Work documents
• Create sales orders in company database according to determined locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or an Office Administrative Assistant
• Must be familiar with the basic functions of Outlook
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Salesforce is a plus
