The Intersect Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on-site in Fort Lauderdale, 33309. This is a new role that will be supporting our clients upcoming business initiatives as they continue to grow in 2024.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound customer calls.
- Quoting and Processing
- Handling basic customer care/inquiries.
Requirements
- Basic Windows knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Solid experience in customer service
- Soft Skills - Customer Friendly focused
- Experience with SAP
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
