Customer Service for our growing route service department. You will speak with thousands of residents from apartments and condominiums who use our laundry equipment.

Position duties:

• Provide direct customer support for residents of apartments and condominiums that use our laundry equipment.
• Experience in a team lead position.
• Ensure all interactions with residents are professional and courteous.
• Support resident needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors, with the customer as the primary focus.
• Handle customer calls until resolution or forward them to appropriate party.
• Respond to incoming dispatch and service-related calls and emails from technicians.
• Monitor and assist technicians in completing calls promptly.
• Data entry/ update information into dispatch software.
• Keep up with a list of jobs for the day and prioritize based on the scope of work/emergencies.
• Compiling a list of scheduled work for the next day. This includes work orders that were not completed.
• Map and route technicians to perform service of laundry equipment at apartments and condominiums as well as laundromats.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in dispatch or customer service associates is a plus.

· Ability to read maps and understand basic routing concepts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease.
• Proficiency in MS office suite, excel, word, and Outlook.
• Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
