About The Dearborn? We are a 225 seater restaurant located at 145 N Dearborn serving uncomplicated midwestern cuisine in a chic upscale tavern in the heart of the Chicago Loop.
Job Duties of the Pastry Cook position includes :
- Management of daily preparation and production
- Commitment to our team, to our guests and to our outstanding kitchen standards
- Attention to detail
- Pastry experience is a plus
