PASTRY PREP COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Set up and breakdown of your station
- Follow pastry recipe and instructions exactly, from our Pastry Sous Chef
- Completion of prep lists in a timely manner
- Properly packing and handling of pastries for transportation, off-site
- Uphold the standards of Giuseppe Tentori and Boka Restaurant Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic pastry skills
- Flexible schedule
- Organized, hard worker
- Food Handler's certificate
- Allergy Certificate
This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 20 - 50lbs if necessary.
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Stand and walk forthe entirety ofan eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the kitchen.
