Job Description:

Sales Account Executive

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This exciting position offers the flexibility to work from home, utilizing cutting-edge software tools to connect with potential customers. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and an "Always Be Closing" mindset will be key to your success.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven inside sales experience in SaaS, Fintech, or financial industries (experience in credit repair is a plus!)
  • A track record of exceeding quotas and delivering outstanding results.
  • Self-motivation and discipline to excel while working remotely.

Who We're Seeking:

We're in search of a talented and competitive Account Executive (Inside Sales Representative) who excels in a fast-paced sales cycle. The ideal candidate is an ideal team player, embodying humility, hunger, smarts, and grit. Your excellent phone presence, B2C experience (no cold calls!), and strong communication skills will set you apart. Multi-tasking, time management, and a quick grasp of system navigation are crucial, and your coachable nature and receptiveness to feedback will be valued.

Technological Requirements: (Bring Your Own Device)

Dedicated workspace at home and equipment with the following specifications:

  • USB-Type headset and functional webcam
  • Windows 10 Home or Pro Activated PC w/ Anti-Virus Software
  • PC Processor of either of the listed specifications below:
  • Intel i3 8th generation
  • Intel i5 / i7 / i9 (2.0GHz & up) "Must be 6th generation & up"
  • AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 (2.0GHz & up) " Must be 2nd generation and above."
  • PC Memory: 8GB & up
  • Hard Drive: 256GB & up
  • Hard Wire/Cable/Ethernet Connection
  • Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - DL and UL speed must be at least symmetrical)
  • Monitoring solution is required: TCP IT will require staff members to have separate computer profile for work but if planned dedicated machine (laptop/pc) has software/website/apps that use geolocation or does not allow monitoring tools, it may cause technical difficulties.

** ALL tech check results MUST be done via PC/Laptop. NO phone screenshots allowed. Any technical requirements needing upgrade or to be bought can be done after undergoing the interviews. **
