We are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Development Representative to join our in-house sales team with NOW CFO. We offer a wide variety of business solutions that include Accounting/Finance strategies, Marketing strategies, Sales strategies, and even content creation. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be tasked to find and source new business for C-Level Strategy. This position is on-site (M-F).

Salary: Base $50,000.00 per year with OTE of $95,000 - $120,000

Must have at least 1yr of cold-calling experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales requests.
• Utilize client lists, job boards and social media to identify and contact new clients
• Ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism
• Offer exceptional service taking advantage of all sales avenues to achieve and exceed goals
• Understand and articulate the advantages of our company over the competition
• Consistent punctuality and reliability REQUIRED

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong business to business sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Confident, outgoing in all forms of communication
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Clean criminal record: No assaults, theft, fraud or felonies please

• Monday to Friday day shift 8 hrs
