Rate: $105,000-$115,000 annually *not including OTE

Our start-up client in the cloud infrastructure space is in need of a Business Development Manager to join their team!
The primary responsibilities for this Business Development Manager role include:
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of business development professionals to exceed sales targets
- Set goals and KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Facilitate training and professional development for the team
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture with open communication
- Monitor team performance against KPIs
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
- Guide team members in overcoming challenges
- Make decisions to optimize team performance and achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and market expansion
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development with company objectives
The successful Business Development Manager has:
- 5 years of management experience in business development
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cyber-security
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and business development tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
