Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Account Executive? If you have a hunger for success and a passion for building relationships, then this position at The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Austin, TX is perfect for you.
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base rate target of $60,000 per year. Additionally, we have a commission structure in place to reward your sales achievements.
You will have benefits such as sick leave, profit sharing, paid holidays, 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO), and weekly pay. We also offer a health contribution, vacation, personal time, an auto allowance, and expense reimbursements.
THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be call days. You'll work from the office, making cold and warm calls to generate leads. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be office visit days. You'll go to the offices of local businesses in an attempt to generate leads in person.
You will play a crucial role in our organization, responsible for identifying and contacting industry decision-makers. Your ability to network consistently, whether through direct outreach, attending events, or leveraging established relationships, will be key in generating and aggressively pursuing sales leads. Your expertise in conducting highly effective sales presentations and preparing estimates will be vital in winning over prospects and closing deals. Building and managing an accurate client database will be essential in maintaining strong partnerships with pre-existing clients and expanding our market share within their organizations. You will also collaborate with project managers to schedule the installation, maintenance, and removal of containments, ensuring seamless execution of our services.
