The Bombadil Group is Hiring a Junior HR Business Partner Near Tucson, AZ

Are you ready to shape the future of HR at a dynamic, global company right here in Tucson, AZ? We're on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to lead the charge on our international HR strategies and elevate our HR practices to new heights. As a key player in our organization, you'll have the chance to craft and implement high-level HR programs and policies, making a real impact on our workforce.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive international HR strategies that align seamlessly with our overall business goals from our Tucson, AZ location.
  • Design and implement HR programs and policies to enhance employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Ensure that our HR initiatives adhere to international employment laws and regulations while operating out of Tucson, AZ.
  • Lead and guide our HR team to success, both locally in Tucson and globally.
  • Provide valuable HR insights and advice to our senior team members from our Tucson office.
  • Create engaging onboarding experiences for our new hires right here in Tucson.
  • Collaborate with our global HR team to bring HR programs to life, even from Tucson, AZ.
  • Utilize your global HR experience to work effectively with offshore teams while based in Tucson.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting both U.S. and international candidates.
  • A deep understanding of international employment law and regulations, with a focus on Arizona.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
