Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:
- Recruiting of new employees
- Prepares job announcements and advertisements
- Facilitates the entire hiring process for all new employees
- Sets up and executes New Hire Orientation Training
- Responsible for the entire Onboarding process, including E-verify
- Organizes and maintains personnel records to ensure compliance
- Manage weekly Paylocity Payroll processing
- Sets up and runs meetings on various topics pertaining to HR
- Maintains ISO record keeping for employee trainings
- Manages benefits administration during open enrollment and throughout the year
- Employment Verifications
- Administration of all Leave of absence processes (FMLA, Disability, Workers Compensation)
- Handles disciplinary actions
- Capable of resolving employee relation matters
- Handles company Uniform Account
- Federal and State Compliance Reporting
- Unemployment Inquiries
- Conducts exit interviews
- Handles termination process in various databases
- Helps to plan and organize company events
- Participates in company events
- Supports company safety initiatives
- Performs a wide variety of clerical, technical, and administrative support duties
- Maintains confidentiality in all Human Resources affairs
Education:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
Schedule:
· 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Salary:
· $60,000 -$70,000 based on experience
