Come be a part of our manufacturing growth journey! In this role you will support the Vice Presidents of TI’s Wafer Fab and Assembly Test organizations. As an integral partner to these leaders you will provide administrative support, manage the organizational calendar, make domestic and international travel reservations and organize meetings and conference calls involving multiple parties and locations. You will also cover a wide range of range of clerical and administrative duties such as, internal and external meeting coordination, expense management, preparation of communications (e.g., presentations, routine correspondence, etc.).

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are needed to foster interaction with all levels of the organization.
• In-depth understanding of company policies and procedures including on-line or computer-based tools.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are key for success in this role as this organization is a global high-tech environment.
• Must be able to effectively problem solve and make appropriate decisions and keep the team on time with department deadlines and reporting requirements.

• High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
• 2 years of recent experience in an administrative assistant role or project manager
• Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP

• Ability to work in a timely, responsive, accurate and team-oriented fashion
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and internet searches
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• High standards of confidentiality, trustworthiness, discretion and professionalism
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Words, SAP, Access, Sharepoint
