JOB SUMMARY

The administrative clerk/receptionist performs routine clerical and specialized administrative work supporting business office general operations, including greeting visitors, vendors and new hire applicants, operating office equipment, assisting with setting appointments, onboarding, scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting management by coordinating company-sponsored events and activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets guests and provides excellent customer service in support of RadNet's public image.
  • Assists with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone, responds to inquiries from team members and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department.
  • Accepts all inbound mail and packages from delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.), and distributes them to the appropriate personnel/department.
  • Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor guest logbooks, incoming packages and issue visitor/temporary badges as needed).
  • Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
  • Duplicates and distributes materials.
  • Maintains office supply inventory.
  • Assists with onsite candidate interviews and job fairs when scheduled.
  • Helps coordinate new hire training area for orientation/onboarding.
  • Participates on Spirit Committee, decorates for special events, sends out birthday notifications, and assists with Company planned events.
  • Assists with meal orders.
  • Maintains and update seating and call tree charts and monthly department announcements.
  • Reports any facility issues through online reporting system with the property management company.
  • Performs other clerical/receptionist/administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Outstanding customer service skills; must be able to maintain a tactful demeanor, be compassionate, courteous, and helpful.
  • Team player willing to help when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient computer skills; ability to type 30 WPM and 10-key, and experience with Excel.
  • Proficient with office equipment – printers, fax machines, copiers, multi-media devices.
  • Must be able to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
  • Good understanding of office administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus!

  • Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person.
  • Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.
  • Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.
  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.
  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour
