What to Expect

The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role indriving revenue, results, and customer experience within a designated market.Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing effective teams,shaping and executing operational standards, and collaborating with cross-functionalpartners to formulate business plans and market strategies. The Regional SalesManager is ultimately accountable for growing market shares, enhancing brandawareness, and increasing profitability across all product lines. At Tesla, theexpectation is excellence, consistent delivery of outstanding results, and goalachievement month after month. This involves developing proficient local teams,maintaining operational standards, and implementing strategic business plansthat align with the company's mission of ensuring accurate, consistent, andrapid transactions for Tesla customers.

This role would cover the lower midwest market: Wisconsin and Illinois

What You'll Do
  • Set clear team targets and individual goalsto reinforce training standards, career pathing, and employee retention
  • Proactively mediate and resolve customerconcerns while executing strategies to enhance profitability
  • Partner with fleet logistics to optimizesales and delivery processes and ensure consistency with brand standards
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders anddevelop a comprehensive market strategy
  • Provide upward feedback on capacityconstraints and collaborate with the Service Team to enhance the clientexperience
  • Utilize CRM reports and Tableau dashboards toprovide feedback and execute process management changes
  • Represent Tesla professionally incommunications with internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree, 7years of experience leading large teams in a high-growth, service-focusedindustry, or equivalent
  • Ability toprioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Effectively utilizedata, logic, and instincts to drive solutions, including experience in runningcomplex processes with Lean or other techniques
  • Excellentanalytical, verbal/written communication, and sales skills; prior P&Lexperience preferred
  • Ethicalapproach to management and operations; expected to spend 80% of time with teams
  • Must have a valid driver'slicense in country of employment; Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Ability towork evenings and weekends and must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours or more
