Overview:
Local graphic marketing firm is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Workflow Coordinator. In this position, you will work with a small team to facilitate smooth and error-free production of custom printing and promotional product orders. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.
Duties :
- Work with customers to secure information and job details.
- Facilitate production of custom orders through all phases, including shopping vendors for product availability and pricing, building estimates and purchase orders, and billing customers for completed jobs.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Facilitate shipping and deliveries, including boxing and labeling orders. Lift at least 25lbs.
-Track on-site inventory
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in printing/graphic arts field is preferred
- Strong attentionto detail and critical reading skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
