Under the general direction of the CEO, the Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and programs for TRMC. Major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing, organizational planning, performance management and organizational development, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy, administer payroll and benefits, assist with recruiting/ interviewing processes, assure personnel information is filed correctly and timely, assist in carrying forward procedures and policies to maintain compliance in areas of OSHA, Workers’ Comp, HIPAA and other State and Federal Policies in relation to personnel.
