Are you a Project Manager/Estimator seeking to join a well-established general contractor while also satisfying your entrepreneurial ambitions? We are Seattle's leading general contractor specializing in commercial interiors. With a strong foothold in Seattle and Denver, we have cultivated robust relationships with owners, managers, and developers in both cities. Due to our expansion, our clients have requested our presence in Denver, leading to the establishment of our growing team.
Our Denver team comprises five members, including a Project Executive, a Service Division (PM Super), and two Senior Project Superintendents. We are actively seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to propel our team to new heights. This role presents an opportunity for you to transition into a Senior PM, Project Executive, and eventually an owner within the firm. Similar to our Seattle headquarters, our focus in Denver is on commercial interiors, making experience in tenant finish management essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an extensive network of subcontractors in the Tenant Improvement space.
- Conduct estimations, including takeoffs and bids.
- Oversee TI projects ranging from $100k to $10mm.
- Engage in business development activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with Owner's Reps, Property Managers, Brokers, etc.
- Manage a variety of TI projects, including repositions, tenant finishes, remodels, and landlord upgrades.
