What You'll Do:

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are met.
• Develop accurate and competitive bids for new projects.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to secure the best value.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Leverage your expertise in reading blueprints and construction documents.

Who You Are:

• A results-oriented professional with 3 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Highly organized and possess strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects.
• An effective communicator with excellent negotiation abilities.
• A team player with a passion for the construction industry.
