Job Title : Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to pharmacy clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist with prescription inquiries, medication orders, and insurance-related questions.
• Review provider profiles
• Make phone calls to providers regarding medications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to medication delivery, billing, and claims.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Qualifications :

• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and prescription processes.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation.

Details :

• 100% remote - must be located in the state of NY to qualify.
• Equipment provided. Must be comfortable working an EST schedule.
• Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm (EST)

• This is a 4-month consulting position. Possibility for extension.
