We look forward to you joining our team! Pay : $17.80 / hour The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for tracking vehicles on the ready line with scanning technology to maintain current inventory records.
The CSR helps receive and check-in returned rental vehicles as well as control the exit gates. The CSR plays an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction in the daily operation.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and / or Experience : High school Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required. Preferred three to six months related experience and / or training or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job.
Communication Skills : Ability to communicate with others by both talking and signaling to people to convey or exchange information.
Includes giving directions to helpers and customers. Must be able to read and interpret street signs / traffic signals and obey traffic rules;
as well as read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine logs and reports.
Mathematical Skills : No mathematical skills required for this position. Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Computer Skills : Use simple data entry devices such as scanners or I-touch note pads.
Licenses & Certifications : Valid driver’s license required. Must pass a driver safety skills test and meet FleetLogix hiring standards for acceptable driving record in order to be hired.
Must be at least 21 years of age with minimum 4 years of prior qualified driving experience, required for insurance and customer contract purposes.
