Description:
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support their facility in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will be the only resource supporting the facility onsite. Daily responsibilities will require them to resolve issues with computer hardware and software, provide end user training and education, builds, and rebuilds computers, and assists with overall operation of our clients end user facing technology. Employees in this role create and manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions. Service Desk Analysts work closely with other IT department personnel and technology owners to assist with tasks that require specific knowledge or expertise. Service Desk Analysts will also balance creative and technical problem solving, customer service, teamwork and collaboration to ensure that personnel throughout the organization can access and utilize resources they need to perform their jobs. Since they will be the Primary POC for this facility, experience managing and prioritizing incidents and workload will be pivotal for the success of this resource.

1. Prior Experience supporting a split environment supporting End Users onsite and remotely
-Ability to balance and manage workload
-Primary IT person for all IT related incidents at this clinic
- Incidents related to hardware, M365, Printer support, Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity
2. Active Directory- Creating and maintaining accounts, Group Policy, Permissions '
3. Experience imaging and deploying devices for new hires
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This resource will be supporting all end users who work at the Pittsburgh facility however during downtime they will also support users remotely working at various facilities throughout the east coast and southeast. Hours will be east coast based so support will typically run until 6pm EST.
