JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files. Be knowledgeable about the State of Florida government business practices.

• Fulfill the qualifications and experience required for the relevant job position within STC Number: 80111600-21-STC. Position # 43-6011
• Be able to pass a State of Florida criminal background screening in accordance with Section 5, Scope of Work, subsection 5.H., Security Obligations, of this RFQ.
• Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files.
• Be knowledgeable about the State of Florida government business practices.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand how to maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with Chapter 119, F.S., and Department policy.
• Experience with DocuSign (desired but not mandatory).
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing (desired but not mandatory).
• Assist in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
