ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Applicant must have 1 year of experience with the following:
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Be able to pass a State of Florida criminal background screening
- Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files.
- Be knowledgeable about the State of Florida government business practices.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand how to maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with Chapter 119, F.S., and Department policy.
- Experience in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents.
- Experience providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests,
- Experience performing clerical functions and preparing correspondence
- Experience receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and tracking tasks
- Experience with agenda preparation and scheduling meetings.
- Experience with DocuSign
- Experience with Adobe
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing
