Program Manager with a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing
Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and
hands-on development, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with
• business goals and scalability.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

• Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies, development best practices, and coding

standards.

• Manage and track reports/strategy presentations at program level to support business needs for

both planning and roadmap.

• Ability to provide data insights using Salesforce ecosystem and tools.
• Design, implement, and streamline reports and dashboards using Salesforce platforms to track key metrics.
• Provide trending insights and analysis to key customers.
• Understand Salesforce license model for salesforce industry applications.
• Complete knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and its application releases
• Implement and oversee Salesforce security models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
• Provide expertise in optimizing Salesforce performance and leveraging the latest platform features to enhance business processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of

continuous learning.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce architectures, designs, and customizations.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and

implement relevant advancements

Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Industry Certifications or Salesforce Certified
• Application Architect.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform implementation experience for enterprise customers
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.
• Expertise in Salesforce Applications, products, releases and roadmap
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
