Job Summary
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Program Manager for the Program Management division of the company.
This position will be responsible for the management of existing and prospective clients to originate new projects.
The person awarded this position will be responsible for the following…
Strategic Work
· Retain existing clients and develop new clients in the target market area
· Recognize and pursue real estate opportunities to match landowners and clients for new projects
· Pursue additional opportunities with existing clients
Tactical Work
· Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery
· Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems
· Ensures that clients are regularly informed of the status of the project; client communication is appropriately tracked on a weekly basis in Core / Asana
· Regularly communicates with leadership and Project Managers regarding client satisfaction, client updates, the program’s status and any problems or potential problems
· Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans
· Responsible for internal profitability for assigned clients
· Lead client meetings
· Partner with Project Manager to create proposals
· Acts as an internal client to the Project Manager
· Partner with Project Manager to create project schedule with key permits and track status; once created the Project Manager is responsible for the project schedule
· Complete projects to meet and exceed quarterly goals and metrics
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Weekly Client Communication, assembling project details from Project Manager, in writing, and provide updates to clients
· Internal profitability for assigned clients
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required (Sales, Marketing, Management; PMP and AEC background preferred)
· At least six years of related experience required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
