Salary Range: 66,100.00 - 109,100.00 Salary
This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This position will report to the Director, Program Management. This role will concentrate on Program performance and improvement while identifying new business opportunities. This individual is expected to be the subject matter expert on client retention and growth within programs. This position will work closely with Program Engagement, Sales, Operations, Clients, and external Partners.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAKE IT HAPPEN (40%)
Generate reporting metrics on program performance including conversion success, revenue, and volume.
Assist in researching missed opportunities through inventory comparison and provide recommendations on leakage capture.
Monitor rejection rates and research rejection data to identify potential workflow changes to improve program results.
Partner with network management to support and lead strategic initiatives.
Assist Sales in developing strategic initiatives where program partners are involved.
Provides program training for internal customers and offers support for billing and collection issues that impact One Call, customers, or partner.
Develop and expand strong business relationships with external partners.
SPECIALIZED BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE (40%)
Manage and assist in network rate applications and One Call invoice compliance.
Assist in managing and enforcing partner contracts to include financial terms and agreements.
Strategize with external partners on “new to market” initiatives.
Assist with prioritization of project tasks, and communicate any changes that impact timelines.
Develop external partner performance improvement plans and participate in the implementation changes that will lead partners to attain best-in-class performance.
WIN TOGETHER (20%)
Work with Process Management Organization and Compliance to complete research pertaining to market size, competitors, current market penetration, and market position strategy.
Coordinate with Operations and RCM on program enhancements that support operational efficiencies and increased collection rates.
Work with Product Managers and SMEs to build content storyboards that speak to the products and programs’ value to the organization, our customers, and the industry.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
5 years’ experience in workers’ comp payor and provider domain knowledge.
