Description:

• Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction and supervision in area of logistics, engineering, operations, contracts and finance for Navy airborne intelligence and surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of DoD Program Management, acquisition policies, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), to manage cost, schedule, performance and risk.

Requirements:

• Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Five (5) years of experience in the field of Navy airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
• Proficient in the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and others.
• Navy experience.

Required education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's degree desired (experience substitutions not authorized).

Security Clearance:

• US DoD TS clearance, SSBI/SBPR/PPR (within 5 years), with the ability to obtain SCI required accesses.
