About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (BDR) you will relentlessly seek out and propel new prospects to demo the Teampay product. You’ll leverage every method at your disposal (web, email, mail, phone, new services, etc). In this role you will actively seek out new customers, handle lead qualification, and help convert leads into clients alongside seasoned and collaborative sales professionals.

Role Responsibilities:

Relentlessly seek out new potential accounts and make first contact to generate interestProspecting via phone calls, emails, and other methods at volume with an eye toward exceeding expectationsWork with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clientsSchedule demos for qualified prospectsThe ability to treat Sales Development as a process: test, learn iterate at breakneck speedExperiment with novel engagement approaches and storytelling techniques

Common Candidate Qualifications:

2 years in customer facing role or prior audit/accounting experience or related field with the interest of starting your career in salesPersuasive communication skills over both phone and emailEffective interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approachAbility to take feedback, make adjustments, and handle objectionsHands-on experience with software and technologyWorking towards a “growth mindset

Location: Open to Remote Candidates, but preference will be given to candidates in the Atlanta, GA area.
