Staff Accountant – Team Gillman

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

• F&I Product Reconciliations
• Sales, Battery, VIT, & Rental Tax
• Perform Manufacturer Parts Reconciliations
• Perform Bank Reconciliations
• Perform Pay pal Reconciliation
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Credit Card Bank Reconciliation
• Training/Cross-training new employees
• Back up all accounting clerks as needed
• Asset keeper
• Post and collect returned checks
• Post EFT/ACH Fundings
• Process Credit Card Discrepancies
• Perform LIFO Calculations
• Perform Unclaimed Property Filings
• Assist in EOM Closing Process
• Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a dealership position (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
