Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Power Systems Sales Development Representative at in Houston, TX. As a Power Systems Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships with potential customers. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that will expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the power systems industry
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Understanding of power systems and related products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,941.35 - $55,327.22 per year
