Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Greet customers and schedule appointments
• Comprehend and document customer concerns
• Conduct customer check-in / checkout
• Write job estimates and order parts
• Coordinate with vendors and manage promotional programs
• Coordinate and schedule events

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer service related field
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skill

Preferences :

• Experience working in an automotive environment
• Customer management experience
• Sales experience
