Job Requirement:
We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist county finance directors, county mayors, and Ernst and Young staff in uploading required documentation to the Grant Management System Portal.

• Collaborate with counties and Ernst and Young to ensure swift and timely processing of procurement approvals.

• Monitor procurement progress and generate a weekly report for the Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.

• Upload invoices to the Grant Management System portal and track reimbursement processing times for counties.

• Work closely with the Local Health Infrastructure Project Admin-Lead to troubleshoot procurement and invoice issues for expedited resolution.

• May need to travel to county mayor offices to support county staff in organizing and uploading necessary documentation.

• Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to its success while maintaining a positive work environment.
