Surfly is Hiring a Strategic Account Manager Near Amsterdam, NH

Are you a self-motivated and hands-on individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic international team at Surfly. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners and accounts while driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint globally. You will also help develop and implement a sales strategy to grow strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partner stakeholders worldwide
  • Develop account plans that align with company objectives and expansion/cross-sell revenue targets
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new partner opportunities and expanding on existing accounts globally
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners and clients, providing guidance on optimizing customer engagement strategies worldwide
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions globally
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Develop and implement a partner sales strategy to meet monthly revenue quota
  • Grow existing alliances with NICE inContact, Vonage, Cisco and AWS
  • Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Support to create compelling partner material
  • Help create a world-class Partner Program to help keep Surfly top of mind
  • Implement technologies that can help improve our partner success
  • Use analytical skills to analyze KPIs to determine the health of a partner relationship
  • Maintain operational and CRM excellence on a weekly basis by accurate forecasting

    • 3 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably with Call/ Contact Center experience with associated technologies (ie. Cisco, AWS, Enghouse, Avaya, Genesys, NICE InContact)
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing account growth strategies, negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth
    • Experience in account/partner management
    • Fast growth, startup experience preferred
    • Ability to use analytical skills to analyze KPIs to determine the health of a partner relationship
    • Highly-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team setting
    • Exceptional professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once and execute with a sense of urgency
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking with both qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt changing priorities
    • Experience in software, Google Apps, and/or digital marketing considered an asset.
    • Specific vertical experience including insurance, financial services, tech, telco, BPO
    • Native level English with additional language skills welcome (German, French, Dutch,)
