Superior Service Transport is Hiring a Customer service Near Salt Lake, UT
Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a Customer Service/Data Entry role. This position involves dispatching, dock work, and communication with delivery drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting information into our system and may occasionally operate a forklift. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. We pride ourselves on our unique, team-oriented environment and competitive edge in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers
- Dispatch as needed
- Occasionally operate a forklift
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
- Leadership experience is beneficial
