Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Office Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service for our summer season! Our Office Experts handle inbound calls with a smile and complete outbound calls with grace. We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.
THIS POSITION IS A SEASONAL POSITION RUNNING MARCH 15th-SEPTEMBER 1ST

- Monday-Friday between 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, 8:00-5:00 pm, OR 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with only 1-2 Saturdays a month!

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
Skills, Traits, and Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication
- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the customer remains the top priority
- Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all activities
- Proven ability to challenge, motivate, and drive team's results

Call center experience is a big plus, but not required. Dual language is a plus (English/Spanish)
