OVERVIEW:
The Relocation Consultant position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for creating new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business relationships within a geographic territory.
You will be provided with monthly sales targets; and your performance will be measured against your ability to consistently meet and exceed these objectives. You will be responsible for generating local and interstate sales opportunities within your market area; and will be provided with the requisite tools, training, and support necessary to build your sales territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
è Prospecting for new opportunities in your geographic market
è Working with local real estate organizations
è Fostering relationships with remediation, insurance and development organizations
è Producing National Account/Corporate opportunities
è Networking in your market area
è Mastering the processes and internal systems at Sunrise Moving
è Generating on-site estimates for your prospects
è Communicating on a regular schedule with the coordination team
Pay is based on experience with room to grow with our Organization. There will be some required office time for this position.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Previous experience in outside sales and business development is highly preferred
- Ability to manage accounts and conduct B2B sales effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote products/services
- Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce platform is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base
