Precision Stoneworks is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Atlanta, GA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the CUSTOM CABINET INDUSTRY, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a salary base plus commission position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the designate territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking events, industry partnerships and referrals.
- Conduct on-site visits and consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.

- Collaborate with our design team to create custom cabinet solutions that align with the client specifications and budgetary constraints.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.

- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable sales agreements

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion and beyond.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using our CRM system.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, installation, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with at least 2 years of experience in the custom cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry design principles, construction techniques and materials.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, priortize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in CRM software and Micosoft Office Suite

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
